Who publishes this site, who hosts it, and where to write. French law requires this page — Article 6-III of the Act of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy. We would rather you knew who you are dealing with anyway.
01Publisher
zictovid is run by an individual rather than a company: the publisher is a French “entrepreneur individuel” (EI), broadly a sole trader. There is accordingly no share capital and no corporate name separate from the person's own.

The publication director is Alexandre Devaux.

03Getting in touch
For anything about the service, billing or your data: zictovid@alexandre-devaux.com.
Telephone: TO BE COMPLETED: Telephone.
We answer in English and in French.
04Hosting
The marketing site and the web application are hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA — vercel.com.
The API, the database and the rendered videos are hosted in France, on machines operated by the publisher, at 26 rue Joseph Bara, 34500 Béziers, France. None of it is placed with a third-party cloud provider.
The domain name and the tunnel that exposes the API run through Cloudflare, Inc. — cloudflare.com.
The full list of providers that process personal data on our behalf is in the privacy policy.
05Intellectual property in the site
The name zictovid, the visual identity of the site, its copy, its design and the engine that renders the videos are protected by intellectual property law. Reproducing any of it without written permission is prohibited.
That protection does not extend to the tracks you upload or to the videos the engine renders for you. The terms and conditions set out who owns what.
06Reporting content
If a video made with zictovid infringes your rights — copyright in a recording, related rights, image rights, or any manifestly unlawful content — write to zictovid@alexandre-devaux.com and tell us:
- the exact address of the video or post concerned;
- the work or the right at stake, and the capacity in which you are acting;
- how to reach you, so that we can reply.
We acknowledge every report, remove access to manifestly unlawful content, and may suspend the account that uploaded it. Knowingly filing an inaccurate report carries liability for its author (Article 6-I-4 of the Act of 21 June 2004).
